Actually, it's a proposed investigation. But I'm wondering, just how long would an international investigation take, anyway? By the time they name commission members, get funding, hire staff, hold hearings, issue preliminary reports, etc, it would take years. I don't think we need an international probe to know Al Qaeda needs to be destroyed.
