Earlier today I noted the AP story by Anne Gearan on Bush's visit to Israel, pointing out the article's claim that "Bush will leave office at the end of the year." I just checked, the AP has not corrected the mistake. Here is the quote: "...he has high hopes that a Mideast peace pact can be achieved before he leaves office at the end of the year."
UPDATE 12:21: From Wikipedia: "The next Inauguration Day will occur on January 20, 2009." Which means Bush leaves office on January 20, 2009.
