Ezra Levant: "The last house of worship torched in Edmonton was my synagogue"

Ezra Levant has been hauled before a human rights commission in Canada for publishing the Danish cartoons. (Little Green Footballs has also posted 4 videos of Ezra Levant's testimony.) Watch them all. Levant's takedown of the Canadian "human rights commission" is something to behold.

My favorite part is when the commissioner says she is concered the Muslim cartoons could make life hard for Muslims "in a post-9-11 world." In response, Levant points out the last house of worship firebombed in Edmonton was his own synagogue - and the perpetrator was a radical Muslim.

About the commissioner seen in the video, Shirlene McGovern, Mark Steyn writes,
Shirlene McGovern decides that the purely hypothetical backlash to Muslims takes precedence over any actual backlash against anybody else.
