What if they scheduled protests on "International Women's Day" and nobody showed up?

Did you know Saturday was International Women's Day? Neither did I, until I discovered it while doing some internet research today. Evidently lefties know all about International Women's Day. It's a traditional protest day, when liberal families get together for picnics, face-painting, pot smoking, protest-sign making, and marching to demand the impeachment of Chimpy McBushHitler.

Lefties had planned huge anti-war rallies on International Women's Day in Los Angeles and London and Toronto and Victoria and Nova Scotia.

Looks like their big plans pretty much fizzled. Fifty people showed up at the Vancouver rally. The rally in New Zealand was described as "small but enthusiastic." Communist North Korea celebrated the day by urging its women to reject Western fashions and to "set good examples" in their clothes and hairstyles. A Democrat for Hillary is not happy that nobody noticed. However, lefty commenters at Crooked Timber did celebrate it, but in some weird ways.

Sheesh, even Google ignored it, which tells you it flopped as a left-wing holiday.
