Couldn't happen to a better company!

Are there golden parachutes (severance packages)for Pruitt and his corp gang if there is a change in control? Wonder what their retirement plan is too.

Better than yours!

Oh no doubt it's better than mine. But the problem I have is this will mostly read like the Wall Street fiasco - corp execs walking away with millions upon millions and health coverage to boot. Their reward for driving a company into failure. Has anyone ever received a bonus/payout for failure? I never have!

..Can delisting off the big board be far away? I can see a future where folks who park themselves on curbs and traffic islands with handlettered cardboard signs are selling McClatchy stock as well.
...HEY ! Was that Gary Pruitt I saw at the corner of Watt and Happened ?
