Jeers: To the Star-Telegram for letting the U.S. flag displayed on the 7th Street building become tattered and torn. The flag needs to be replaced, and if it is to be displayed at night, it needs to be illuminated in accordance with the Flag Code. How disgusting it is to have to view the flag of our country in such a state of disrepair!
