This blog is mainly about the spectacular train wreck at The Sacramento Bee and its parent company, the McClatchy Company. But I also post about current events, the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, politics, anything else that grabs my attention. Take a look around this blog, hope you enjoy it.
..If you believe in the concept of " Highest and Best use ", how could you not convert that building into a dance studio ? It begs for for a break dance blowout.
The tall rectangle area is where the press still sits. What a waste of resources. There were 3 bids and all 3 bidders backed out...HA...HA. Lots of good memories in that press room (some not so good ones too). July 4th the security would let us on top of the building to watch the fire works between press runs. Two blocks to the left is the County courthouse which the Bee reported several months back needed to be replaced...Can you say...That Modesto Bee building sure looks like a good place to move into.
