Several newspapers have called for scandal-ridden Charlie Rangel (D-Harlem) to step down from chairmanship of the House Ways and Means committee: The Washington Post; Times Union; and, The New York Post.Glenn Reynolds has a roundup of Rangel scandal(s) info here.
And the Truth to Power people at McClatchy? They're nowhere to be seen. If Rangel had an (R) after his name, McClatchy would be all over it.
