The Newspaper Preservation Act of 1970 makes the arrangement [exempt from antitrust laws] if the attorney general certifies one paper is in [danger of failing.] http://tinyurl.com/64xflh --------------- No doubt both newsrooms will be printing the same leftist junk, so why not save some real money and combine them in total, and sell one. Having two papers distributing their own brand of garbage is a waste of dead wood and ink, and it is still garbage.
