On Feb. 5, McClatchy announced plans to further reduce operating expenses as a result of the ongoing and unprecedented economic pressures and revenue declines. Meeting Summary: one more week until we know who's getting the ax.
They said 8 actual employees will be laid off plus the 12 spots budgeted for this year. All this covers teh 15% cut expected from the corporate.
I hope they know where to cut first..
