Time for an intervention at the KC Star? ... in latest goof, paper bungles Dr. Phil's name

As Dr. Phil might say, "So how are those layoffs working out for you?"

His name is Dr. Phil McGraw, not Dr. Phil Snowden.

Good Catch!

Snowden, Finkelbloom or Smith. At this stage of MNI's crumbling, fumbling and bumbling, as long as they get their propaganda out, who cares.

Funny though, your thread will get the, “Your such as nitpicker” from the MNI boys. But with President Bush, they'd write multiple hit pieces if his staff did something like this.

Finally, it reminds me, in a different context, of the dan rather memos and the all important lib, "Fake but accurate" diatribe.

So while MNI implodes, at least we can say, "Their decaying heart is in the right place....right over in India where they farmed this story out to."

4:30 PM, So right, P. Bush says “misunderestimate” and it is drumbeat/echoed for years. Barry says there are 57 states, and it is cute, and banished from sight. Having a spat with his teleprompter TOTUS during a speech, is the newest classic for us to enjoy.

What's the link between Dr. Phil Snowden and Obama? I don't get it.

Thanks for my laugh for the day! Glad I'm not one of the few copy editors that let that one run. What a shame.

And he isn't even a doctor!

John when traffic is more than a couple hundred a day, I can't tell who is leaving comments.

With 3,700 hits today there is no way I can identify who is posting the goofy comments.

Again...this is a blog...not an article. Idiot reporter...no editors proof blogs.

Whether they are fully staffed or partially, this falls on the reporter and not anyone else.

Nice try again though.

I'm sorry, but saying the reporter is responsible is just an extension of the Reverse Nuremburg (We give no orders). Either you produce a professional product, or you don't. I don't care if the night janitor hit the wrong switch and made the mistake, it's still a mistake and they're making bunches of them.

Ok you are right. I guess we should blame Obama for the flyover that he had nothing to do with right?

I am a conservative, but blaming higher ups for an idiot decision is like calling it the Obama Flu instead of Swine Flu because he was in charge when it happened.

WTF? Conservative? Quite the contrary.

You are a typical lib, idiot, ball washing, teabagging poseur, who has no clue just how stupid you are, pretending to be anything other than an absolute imbecile!

Look here if you have wonder why MNI is bankrupt
