When told she was under arrest for suspicion of driving while intoxicated, Lokeman said, "That is not true sir... you did not give me some kind of, uh, apparatus, sir." Notice Lokeman tacks on "sir" to the end of every sentence to show fake respect.
There are other videos here; I'll post the best ones on my blog. So far, none of the videos show Lokeman refusing the breath test.

Lokeman spits out the word “Sir” dozens of times. The officer even asked her not to, but that didn‘t stop Miss Mouthy. Anyone that knows her, realizes her intent. She is despicable, and a racist. I wonder if the officer had been black if she would have spat “Sir” out every other word? She is loathsome, and to see her squirm is her just reward. Her disgrace is of her own making. I suppose GWB made her get drunk and drive. That was her usual column fodder. Geeesh already!
Rhonda says she is saying “Sir” to show respect, but that is far from the truth in my opinion. She is nasty, and she would not say “Sir” to any man unless she meant it sarcastically. She may have been three sheets to the wind, but her stupidity stayed sober.
How much did the bug eyed beauty say she weighed? 155? That heifer doesn't weigh in an ounce under 180.

Lokeman is a You Tube star, that must make her very happy. It takes some people years to break into the film business.
How long has her and hubby been “Celebrating” marriage?
Rhonda said, "OMG, how did that happen" many times after seeing the tire was missing. She must have been smashed out of her mind. I am trying to imagine what driving on a rim would feel like, and I am sure a sober person would not spark on!
When the officers tried to get Rho out of danger, she rapid fired “Stop pushing me several times.” I noted, after that, the officers stayed several feet from her. I think there is a well known drill in claiming abuse to beat a rap. You just know the beast was showing respect with her “Sir, sir, sir, sir” routine. Man, she is disgusting.
