Howard Weaver says he will Twitter more

Former McClatchy VP Howard Weaver says he will blog less and Twitter more:
"... the 140-character frame of Twitter seems to fit both my mood and my schedule better than longer blog posts most days."
I'm guessing another reason Howard turned to Twitter is because readership at his blog had dropped, judging by the number of comments people were leaving on his blog -- less than 27 comments total in the last month.

Weaver cashed in his MNI stock early on, with Pruitt and other BOD oldsters, all on the same day no less. Then he retired, or jumped off the sinking ship. The chickenshit loser knew all along what was ahead for EVERYONE, in my considered opinion.

Remember when G.D. Gearino told Howie to “Bugger off".
Man, I miss Gearino.

Now you are getting it, Howie. Too late, but still a measure of “HOPE” for our retired old Twittering gent. Howard‘s remarks, about the remarks of another remarker.

I would just like to know the depth of the retirement payments and benefits in Weaver’s golden parachute.

Did Weaver retire, or was he forced out of McClatchy? Someone at the Sacbee would know. What’s the skinny on the new Twittering reflective-headed one's departure?

Howard Weaver was an embarrassment to McClatchy - which is a company full of embarrassments. He should just crawl in a hole and not utter another word about media.

Weaver was not the last of the dinosaurs, there are still a few left here in corporate. Their fake smiles make me puke everytime I see them in the hallways

I don’t read Howard’s blog very often, but it seemed like Melanie Sill was his main commenter. Her lame opinions didn’t help him in any way as far as I am concerned. As a former NC N&O reader, I can’t abide her mealy-mouthed opinions. She should have been fired from McClatchy for incompetence, and the biased, sexist reporting they did during the Duke Lacrosse case. Weaver and Sill are birds of a feather, dirty birds I must add. At least Howard has sort of moved on down the road. Sill is still stinking up the place.

Weaver is a turd. Plain an simple. He was a loser when he was at McClatchy, his blog is filled with bulls$it and his Twitter posts will most probably be more of the same. At least the old hack is consistent.

Howard is a twit, tweeting should be like falling off a log for him.

"Weaver is a turd" and McClatchy can't polish a turd no matter how hard they try.
