"Have you noticed you never have to worry about finding a parking space around here anymore?"
The Sac Bee was talking about leasing one level of its parking garage to a business. So many people have bailed that there's three parking spots to every one employee.

If anybody is looking to lease the Sac Bee 21st & Q St. parking lot they better be aware that the bottom level leaks and that it floods when it rains.
