Because that would mean the job description is stating that the potential hire is required to sell wee wee pads for non-house-trained pets.
The term 'Interactive Media Specialist' has a nicer ring to it and will probably get this desperate newspaper a few more applicants.
A nice title is way cheaper than a nice salary.
