Tiny Iranian boats approach US naval vessels, make threats, then speed away

From AFP:

WASHINGTON (AFP) - Iranian speedboats harassed three US navy ships in the strategic Strait of Hormuz over the weekend, radioing a threat to blow them up and prompting a stiff US warning ahead of President George W. Bush's trip to the Mideast, Pentagon officials said Monday.

"I'm coming at you and you will blow up in a couple of minutes," a US defense official quoted the Iranian radio transmission as saying.

JammieWearingFool: "This is a direct provocation and the next time we should blow them out of the water." Gateway Pundit has more.
