Of course they had an anti trust lawyer. When you're committing a blatant crime it is good business to have your defense present at the time. That way everyone is on the same sheet of music at your trial.

Liberals think laws are for others. There is no bottom of the swamp while Democrats are in the majority. Nanny Palousy will never get the swamp drained until Captain Zero is back in Chicago with his racist crowd. Of course the latest IL Senator Liar Burris needs to get out of town ASAP.

No point in this at all.

Had they also had a copyright lawyer they could have been informed that you can not copyright news.

Only your wording.

Put up any pay wall you want and I (or anyone else) who reads your content can disect it, add our own additional information if we want, and regurgitate it out into the web.

If I don't use your wording you can't do jack about it. Simple information isn't copyrightable.

Pay walls aren't going anywhere.

Who cares about national/world news! You can get that anywhere. The money is still in the local news. Once the town's online newspaper goes subscription based, then any TV/radio station in town will follow because they'll need to recoup their costs as well. Within five years, we'll all be nickel and dimed to death. Bloggers think too much of themselves. Who has the time and resources to be the town crier?
