Circumventing the law and placing policy making decisions out of the reach of the law in the hands of hard line communists and terrorist supporters for the most part.
Obama needs to cleanse his own house. He has too many unsavory, unqualified and downright dangerous people calling the shots. No wonder the country doesn't trust his administration.
