Better late than never: Kansas City blogger's "EXCLUSIVE" announcement is a little late but on target

Prolific Kansas City blogger "Tony's Kansas City" posted an "EXCLUSIVE!" announcement on his blog Saturday -- he said his tipsters informed him the Kansas City Star's glass building will be put up for sale soon.
Well, Tony has his facts right. But readers of this blog knew about the pending sale over a month ago. Just saying.
By the way, Tony has a nice play list of songs to go with the demise of the glass building:

  • Heart of Glass - Blondie
  • Walking on Broken Glass - Annie Lennox
  • Pick up the Pieces - Average White Band
  • Shattered - The Rolling Stones
  • Cars Hiss by my Window - The Doors

The India Star (formerly KC Star) or as WE all know them as The KC Rats have no product worth subscribing to. My Sunday edition has approx. 3 to 4 inches of flyers/fillers and about 1" of newspaper. 1" TOTAL FOR ALL THE SECTIONS FOR A SUNDAY EDITION. HAVE THEY LOST THEIR MINDS? Do they really think people will continue to pay for that useless piece of shit? Believe me, for what their putting out they could do that in my basement.

So sell the damn building and put us ALL out of our misery. OR, OR,
take the presses a part and ship them to India along with the idiots Zieman and Donovan and pick up Gary on the way.

Anonymous 5:22 -- could you email me photos of the KC Star -- alongside the flyers and ads?

If the picture come out OK I might publish it.

OK Tony we already know that. Who is the new buyer? Is the Wall Street Journal coming to town? Let's have some new news Tony.

It would appear that some of Tony's contacts have found themselves out of the loop (laid off). Either that or he had so many racist rants backlogged he couldn't fit the story in under, "Breaking News"

The City of Kansas City, MO is broke. 86 million short bet they wished they had all that TIF money back they gave the KC Star for that "White Elephant".
